I don’t know about you, but I really struggle with getting in my daily exercise when the schedules get crazy.  Marla and I were doing well with exercising 2 times a week, but spring sports have taken over!  Allergies have left me with no energy to go to the yoga studio! But summer is finally here! That means no more excuses and time to get into shape!  Here is the schedule I would like to stick to.  Who is with me?

Monday: 5K Runner

Tuesday: Zumba

Wednesday: Yoga

Thursday: Zumba

Friday: 5K Runner

Saturday: 5K Runner

Sunday: Rest or yoga at home
