I recently participated in the 21 day meditation challenge.  The challenge was hosted by Deepak Chopra and Oprah.  You simply register in advance on the website and each day the 20 minute meditation is e mailed to you.  This is great for those just beginning their meditation practice or those that want consistency in their practice.  I highly recommend the challenge.  I never slow down.  I used to dread meditation time because of all the mind chatter that went on.  I thought I wasn’t cut out to meditate.  Now, I enjoy my 20 minute relaxation and centering time.  The 21 day meditation challenge is over for now, but you can download a sample meditation on the website and sign up for future meditations.
