You will need

  • 1-2 cups cooked and cooled quinoa
  • 1 large cucumber – diced
  • 3 small tomatoes – diced
  • 1 small jar kalamata olives
  • 1 container reduced fat feta cheese
  • 4 T Wildtree Zesty Lemon Grapeseed Oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
