Wondering how you and your family can help other’s during the holidays (or throughout the year)?  This has been weighing on my mind.  I want my children, at a young age, to have this on their heart.  Rather then just getting caught up in all the glitz and “I want this and this..” that also comes w/ the season.  Here is a list of ideas that you might want to incorporate into your holidays as a way of spreading kindness:

Support the Military!  The link includes a few different ways you can help.  I went to the USO website and saw that we can make a donation that helps with their sending holiday boxes to the troops.

#Giving Tuesday (December 2nd) This is a global day dedicated to giving back.

Gleaners Food Bank You can volunteer (individual or group) or donate food and supplies.

Second Helpings (Indiana) There are several volunteer choices or you can donate food or money.

ARK Project Now A random acts of kindness organization.  You should check them out.  #JustDoOne
