I am a tea snob enthusiast. When I say tea, I really mean green tea. Are you a fellow green tea drinker? If you are and you live in the Midwest, you understand how hard it is to find some that is good quality. My husband and I lived in Okinawa, Japan soon after we got married, which is when my appreciation for this beverage began. The tea was SO fantastic. When we moved back to the States, I was thinking I was doomed in finding any good tasting green tea. Thankfully, through the past couple of years I have found some loose leaf as well as bagged tea that I enjoy. Here are my faves:

Teavana Sencha
Numi Gunpowder Green
Napoleona Tea Co. Kukicha (the Moroccan Mint is good too)

In addition to enjoying the taste, I do like that there are health benefits associated with drinking green tea. “Studies have found an association between consuming green tea and a reduced risk for several cancers, including, skin, breast, lung, colon, esophageal, and bladder.” -via Harvard Health Publications
