I recently mentioned that I like to use epsom salts and apple cider vinegar in the bathtub as a detox.  Here is another idea for a relaxing, nourishing tub soak! Add a few tea bags to your bath!  I recently cleaned out my tea cabinet and noticed that I had quite a few boxes of expired tea.  Not wanting to waste the tea, I decided to add it to my bath water in conjunction with my epsom salts.  You will still get some benefit from the herbs in the tea by adding them to the bath!  I am definitely going to try adding the Chamomile tea to my kids’ baths at bedtime! I need all the help I can get in that department!
