Before Christmas, Dawn shared with me a recipe over at Empowered Sustenance for cauliflower wraps that are both grain & dairy free.  She knew that I had changed to a Paleo diet and might want to give it a try. I had to wait until after Christmas though since I didn’t have a food processor-yep!  My hubby felt strange buying me one as a gift but I told him that I REALLY wanted one!

I changed up the recipe so that we would have more then 2 wraps.  2 wraps just won’t cut it in my family!

Are you ready to see how I made mine?!

Here you go:


I head Cauliflower, cut into florets

3 eggs

1/4 teaspoon salt (used Himalayan Pink)

3/4 teaspoon of Wildtree Garlic & Herb Blend (use more or less)


Preheat oven to 375

Place your cauliflower florets in your food processor and press “pulse” until you have what looks like rice.


Now you want to steam your cauliflower rice.  I steamed mine using the microwave for a few minutes, partially covered.

Using a kitchen towel, you want to push down on the steamed cauliflower to remove any moisture.

Now you are ready to mix the cauliflower with the remaining ingredients.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Form thin circles of the mixture on the parchement paper.  I could only fit two on each baking sheet.

Bake!  You want to bake for around 17 minutes, when they are noticeably dry.

Place on wire rack to cool.


3 out of 4 thumbs up in my family.  My youngest is a very picky eater.
