There are a few food items that are super handy to have in my pantry or refrigerator for my Autoimmune Protocal Diet (AIP).  This is either due to their being ingredients in most of my recipes or to have around for snacking.  They are:

3.  Plantains

4.  Epic Bison Bars

5.  Great Lakes brand of Gelatin

6.  Avocados

7.  Sourkraut

8.  Bare brand Apple Chips
